About payment

What are the payment methods?

You can pay by credit card, PayPay, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, pay later (Payday), and convenience store prepayment.

Please refer to the following for each payment method.

■ Smartpay (*Japan Only)
You can use up to 3 deferred payments with no fees.
Credit cards are also accepted.

■ Credit card payment (Shop Pay)

We accept VISA / Master card / AMEX.

■PayPay

You can pay using pre-charged electronic money (PayPay balance).

■ Apple Pay / Google Pay / Paypal

You can pay using the credit card information registered for each service.

■ Deferred payment (payday)

No credit card is required, you can shop with just your email address and mobile number. Multiple purchases can be paid together by the 10th of the following month.

If you register for free with Pay-D Plus, you can use functions such as 3 installment later payments** with no split fee* and monthly budget setting.

Also, if you register for Payday Plus, the amount that can be paid later will be larger than usual.

*There is no split fee for account transfers and bank transfers.

**Registration procedure is required at the first use for 3 times later payment. In addition, it can only be used when the amount of money spent at one time is 3,000 yen or more.

■ Convenience store advance payment (KOMOJU) Settlement fee 190 yen (tax included)

The payment deadline is within 3 days from the day following the order date.

Can I cancel my order?

Please note that due to the specifications of the order system, it is not possible to partially cancel an order.

If you wish to exchange for a different size or color after completing your order, you will need to cancel your order and purchase the desired product again.

Can I change the payment method after completing the order?

Due to the specifications of the order system, it is not possible to change the payment method once confirmed.

Can I specify the delivery date and time?

It is not possible to specify the date and time at the time of ordering. If you would like to specify a date and time, please check the invoice number (tracking number) provided in the shipping completion email and request it from the delivery company yourself.

Unable to track package

Usually, your package will be tracked and delivered to you within 5-7 business days from the date of notification of shipment.

Depending on the flight status, it may take 1-2 days.

Do you charge for shipping?

Shipping charges are as follows.

・Shipping fee: 700 yen (tax included)

-Customers who purchase a total of 10,000 yen (tax included) or more will receive free shipping.

・Shipping fee: $20.00 USD

-Customers who purchase a total of 15,000 yen (tax included) or more will receive free shipping.

*Shipping to remote islands may be canceled depending on the number of orders.

When will I receive the product?

■Regular products

We will ship the product within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the day after the order is confirmed.

From shipment to arrival

Regular mail: Around 5-7 business days

Expedited shipping: Around 1-3 business days

*If you purchase a pre-order item (preorder/presale) at the same time, it will be shipped together with the item that will be shipped later.

■ Reserved products

The delivery time of reserved products (preorder/presale) varies depending on the product and the timing of the order.

*Depending on the timing of your order, we may already have the item in stock, so please contact us in advance if you are concerned about the delivery date.

*Even if you purchase multiple reserved items at the same time, we will send them together with the late shipping items.

・Regarding temporary closures such as Obon, GW, year-end and New Year holidays, we will inform you on the top of the site and on SNS.

・As this is an international flight, it is not possible to specify the arrival date. Requests for specifying the arrival date for express flights can be accepted.

・As soon as the shipping procedure is completed, we will send you a shipping notification email.

・We cannot control the arrival date of regular flights as it follows the delivery schedule of each delivery company. Also, if there is a delay in delivery, we cannot guarantee anything, so if you have a specific date to wear it, please be sure to contact us before ordering and use express delivery.

・The arrival date may change due to road traffic conditions or disasters. Also, delivery to remote islands may take some time.

・Please make sure that there are no omissions in the address, building name, and room number. Please note that we cannot accept redelivery or refunds if we are unable to contact you due to an incorrect address after shipment.

About exchange/return

How do I return or exchange an item?

If you would like to return an item, please use the "Contact Us" form to request a return or exchange.

After completing the application, we will inform you about the return method for returning or exchanging.

However, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the following refund policy applies. Please note.

In addition, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee when returning or exchanging. Please refer to the refund policy below for conditions that cannot be returned or exchanged.

How will I be refunded?

The refund method differs depending on the payment method specified at the time of ordering. See below.

■ Credit card payment

Refunds will be processed by the credit card company.

Depending on the card you use, it may take up to 2 months for the actual refund to be processed. Please inquire at the support window.

■ Pay later (Paidy)

<Before payment> The charge for the product price will be canceled.

<After payment> The refund amount will be reflected in your Paidy balance after receiving the return/cancellation notification.

If you continue to use Paidy, it will be automatically applied to the Paidy usage from the next month onwards, but if you do not use it for 3 months, Paidy will contact you.

■Bank transfer/convenience store payment

We will refund by bank transfer based on the account information provided by the customer.

■PayPay

Refund will be made from PayPay. For details, please check the PayPay management screen.

Is there a designation for the shipping company when returning an item?

There is no specified delivery company at the time of return. Please be sure to use a shipping method that allows tracking (a method in which you can keep a copy of the shipping slip).

The packaging box for returning the product may be different from the one in which it was delivered.

*When returning the product, please be sure to include any accessories that came with the product.

Regarding product sales period and inventory

Basically, most of the products currently available will be out of stock and discontinued in about a month after being posted.

Many items are sold out after one season or one production run, so we recommend purchasing the items you are interested in as soon as possible.

In addition, the listed stock numbers are synchronized with the brand's latest stock numbers, but items listed in older order are not synchronized, so there is a high possibility that they may be out of stock. .
